Anforderungen

• General Turnover Total turnover: annual turnover in EUR (net), for the last three completed financial years before the expiry of the tender deadline.
• Employees Number of employees, related to the last three completed financial years before the expiry of the tender deadline.
• Professional Liability Insurance Public liability insurance: We have public liability insurance for activities that are the subject of this contract. Minimum requirement: The sum insured per claim must be at least EUR 5,000,000 for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, maximized twice per insurance year. Proof of public liability insurance to cover damages from activities that are the subject of the advertised contract must be provided. The coverage must remain unrestricted throughout the contract duration. If such insurance cover does not yet exist or not to the required extent, a written declaration must be submitted stating that the bidder assures the contracting authority of taking out corresponding insurance upon award. The conclusion of the (increased) insurance must be proven within four weeks of the award.
• Trade Register Entry Entry in a professional or trade register (specify HRB/ HRA number and the register court).
• Information Security Minimum requirement: Proof (certificates) of measures taken to ensure information security and, if applicable, implemented information security management systems in the applicant's company in accordance with VDS 10000 and/or ISO 27001; Alternatively: Declaration from the auditor about the start of certification measures or equivalent proof of an information security management system.
• Information Security Minimum requirement: The applicant provides proof of a C5 type 2 attestation. Alternatively: Declaration from the auditor about the start of attestation measures with the planned completion date.
• References A list of significant supplies or services provided in the last three years before the expiry of the application deadline, related to the subject of the contract.
