• References Listing of representative reference contracts from the last three years for the provision of the advertised or comparable services, stating the service provided, the period of service, the name of the client (upon request: contact person including their telephone number), scope of service (type of waste processed and annual waste volume). Minimum requirements for references: comparable service: Recycling of green waste (AVV 200201); Minimum contract duration: three months; Minimum scope of service: Recycling of at least 500 Mg/a of green waste. One reference is sufficient if it meets all requirements.
• Quality Assurance Proof of certification as a specialist waste management company or proof of equivalent qualification according to form C-2.8 for the services of recycling green waste (AVV 20 02 01).
• Technical Equipment Description of the company's technical equipment, in particular the name and description of the operating facilities and sites where the services are to be provided, and the operating facilities from which the services are to be coordinated, and presentation of the availability of the operating facilities at the start of the service.
• Business Registration Information on the legal form of the bidder, current extract from the commercial register, not older than 12 months.
• Financial Standing Declaration of the bidder's total turnover and turnover related to the advertised service in the last three financial years and declaration of the balance sheet total, each in the last three completed financial years (annual financial statements available).
• Insurance Proof of existing business liability insurance of any amount.
