Anforderungen

• References Submit a self-declaration of suitability with reference details of delivered supplies or services from the last 3 years comparable to the awarded service (including service name, client with email or phone, service period, and contract value).
• Qualifications Submit a self-declaration of suitability including: Declaration of trade registration/deregistration, declaration of completion of home management, declaration regarding exclusion grounds (§§ 123 ff. GWB), declaration regarding Regulation (EU) No 2025/395. Proof of suitability can also be provided by an entry in a certification directory.
• Personnel Submit a self-declaration of suitability including: Declaration that the required staffing for the execution of the services is available as required. Declaration of staffing for the home manager (at least 1.0 FTE, 40 hours/week). Number of personnel intended for service execution, broken down by professional groups.
• Subcontracting Submit a self-declaration of suitability including: Information on subcontractors.
• Turnover Submit a self-declaration of suitability including: Declaration of company turnover in the last 3 completed financial years.
