• economic Average annual turnover over the last three years of at least 1,500,000 EUR.
• technical At least 3 reference projects in the last 5 years (HVAC installation in existing buildings) with a volume of at least 500,000 EUR net each.
• insurance Professional liability insurance: 5 million EUR for personal injury and 5 million EUR for other damages (property/financial).
• technical Proof of at least one employee with Kälteschein (Cat I) and one with Sachkunde Lufthygiene (VDI 6022).
• technical Proof of professional qualification for management personnel via study certificates or equivalent.
