Anforderungen

• Turnover Average minimum annual turnover of 350,000 EUR over the last three financial years.
• Insurance Professional liability insurance with 5 million EUR coverage for personal injury and 5 million EUR for other damages.
• Experience At least 3 reference projects in the last 5 years involving heating/ventilation systems in existing buildings, each with a volume of at least 150,000 EUR net.
• Personnel Proof of at least one employee as a qualified electrician for specified activities (EFK) according to DGUV Regulation 3.
• Registration Proof of entry in a relevant professional register.
